Ajvar is a pepper-based condiment made principally from red peppers and eggpalnt. It is known as vegetable caviar and is served cold as a side dish and also as a bread spread.

Granny's taste ajvar is natural, prepared with Bulgarian aromatic peppers and delicious eggpalnts.

We do not use preservatives, stabilizers, color agents or emulsifiers in the production process. The products are completely pure, natural and of excellent quality standard.

Ingredients: Blanched pepper, blanched eggplant, roasted eggplant, sunflower oil, hot red pepper powder, garlic flour, salt, sugar, acetic acid.
