Malidzano is a vegetable caviar of aromatic peppers and delicious eggplants. It derives its name from the Italian word for eggplant, melanzane. Malidzano is both fresh and light and yet intensely flavoursome at once. Perfect spread on toast or served as a dip, for snacks at home or for the picnic basket.

We do not use preservatives, stabilizers, color agents or emulsifiers in the production process. The products are completely pure, natural and of excellent quality standard.
